1. Services Provided
Pillar Cleaning Ltd provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to commercial, residential, and specialist cleaning services (“Services”). The specific details of the services you have agreed to will be outlined in your individual service agreement or booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book our services, you may contact us via our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your booking and provide you with a quote for the Services.
- Payment: Payment for the Services is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any future services until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided by us are based on the information available at the time of booking and are subject to change if the scope of the job changes.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance. If cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a cleaning appointment at no charge if the request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Access: You agree to provide us with clear access to the property or premises where our Services will be performed. If access is restricted or denied, you may be liable for the full cost of the scheduled services.
- Property and Valuables: You are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items before our cleaners arrive. We are not liable for any damage to items that have not been properly secured.
- Health and Safety: You are responsible for informing us of any hazards or risks in your premises (e.g., animals, hazardous substances). We reserve the right to stop cleaning if we believe there is an immediate risk to the safety of our team.
5. Our Responsibilities
- Quality of Service: We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services as described in our agreement. If you are not satisfied with the work completed, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will aim to resolve any issues.
- Employee Conduct: Our cleaning team is professionally trained and will treat your property with respect. We maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure that our employees comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Damage to Property: We take great care in delivering our services. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as damaged carpets, fragile items, or any structural defects. We recommend that clients take precautions to protect valuable items.
- Indirect Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of business or income, arising from our services.
7. Confidentiality
We will not disclose any personal or confidential information about your property, including any details gathered during the cleaning process, to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment as required. In the event of termination, we will invoice you for any outstanding services provided up until the date of termination.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new Terms will apply from the date of publication. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
